Any book that can be used to prep students for the ACT is a necessary book for any
American high school library and classroom. Students need all the advice and practice
they can get, and this book makes a great addition to their prep resources.

I think these test prep books seem very thorough. There seems to be a good variety
of topics and types of questions covered. I like there are test-taking tips and general
information at the beginning. I’m not sure teens will take the time to look through that
information, but it’s good to include it.

I would use this book as a source of practice material.

Virbrant Publishers has created 8 ACT math tests that accurately mimic the content found on real ACT tests. They even some problems that are harder than normal ACT math problems that will challenge the student. These tests provide excellent practice for the test taker. Each question answer is explained and even the wrong answers are explained why they are wrong. I believe this book will help students succeed on the ACT math section.
